Custom Orders:
If you’ve made custom changes to your order, we will need to confirm the details with you over the phone before production begins. Your lead time will only start once all details have been fully confirmed.

Delivery Service:
At The Luxury Bed Company (TLBC USA), we’ve partnered with trusted logistics providers to offer our customers a reliable Room of Choice Delivery Service – bringing your order to your preferred room at your delivery address.
There may be extra charges from the couriers if the beds are to be carried higher than two flights of stairs, and, or excessive time is required to be spent on delivery.

Please note that assembly is not included, and you will be responsible for assembling the product yourself.

Before delivery, you will be contacted via SMS or phone to schedule a date.
Therefore, please ensure we have your correct contact information when placing your order.

Important Delivery Notes:
• You must inspect your bed for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note.
• The Luxury Bed Company (TLBC USA) cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.
• Any problems must be reported within 48 hours via the Fix It Form—after this period, TLBC USA will not be liable for any damages.
• Missed delivery appointments will incur extra charges.
• Missed or failed delivery appointments will incur extra charges.
• Storage fees may apply if you cannot accept a delivery date from the couriers once the item has arrived in the USA.
• Fees may apply if you need to change your delivery address after your order is confirmed
• Footstools, ottoman boxes, and mattresses cannot be delivered separately due to logistical constraints. These items can be purchased alongside a bed order and will be delivered together as one shipment.

Adverse Weather & Traffic Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, adverse weather conditions or heavy traffic can occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to reschedule your delivery as quickly as possible.
