Where can I visit your showroom?

Our only current showroom is in the UK.

What are your delivery time scales and charges?

How long will my fabric samples take to arrive?

Fabric samples deliveries are not currently available in the US.

Am I able to alter my bed frame?

Yes. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements.

If you have already placed your order then please fill out the general enquiry form as soon as possible as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured. 

How do I make changes to my current order?

Please use the contact form and select existing customer enquiry from the contact form drop down. 

I’m not moving in for X amount of time can you hold my order?

Of course! We’re able to hold your order for up to 6 months free of charge.

Please leave your request for the order to be held in the notes section upon checkout so we can arrange this for you.

We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on your specified date, however we will always do our best to accommodate you. 

Do you offer finance/monthly instalments or deposit schemes?

We do not offer a finance payment option currently in the US.

How do I change my shipping address for my order?

Use the contact form on this page and select change delivery address from the contact form drop down. You will need to provide proof of your billing address. 

I would like to clean my item I have purchased from you how do I do this?

All of our item can be cleaned using branded high street cleaners, please follow their instructions and take care.

In the event of a refund when will I receive the funds?

In the event of a refund you will always be contacted via email to confirm that the action has been processed. From the date of the email received the funds should then appear back into the account of the card used to purchase within 7-10 working days. Please be aware this can vary depending on your card provider.
