“When we were chosen to become brand ambassadors for The Luxury Bed Company, it was more than just representing a brand—it was the start of a great friendship. From day one, Phil and Joe took the time to truly get to know us, making the whole experience so personal and special.
They visited us to collaborate on the design of the Delicia bed, and after a day of creativity, we enjoyed some drinks together. When the Delicia bed was delivered, they made the trip back to see it in person, which meant so much to us. We went out that night to celebrate The Delicia bed for a lovely meal and drinks.
We’ve also had the best time celebrating with The Luxury Bed Company at their Christmas party and at the launch of their stunning new showroom. They don’t just create the most incredible beds—they are genuinely lovely people, and we feel so lucky to now call them friends. “I feel incredibly grateful for the journey that started with The Luxury Bed Company back in 2020, when I first discovered them on Instagram. Little did I know that this encounter would not only lead to me having my own luxury beds and mattress, but also to some of the most meaningful relationships. Through creating bespoke designs that were featured on their website, I became a brand ambassador—and that’s when everything changed.
The true gift, however, has been the friendships I’ve made with the most kind, genuine, and down-to-earth people. “When me and my husband were looking for our primary suite’s bed the one that would match our taste and desire, we knew what we were looking for but most beds we were eyeing had something missing to fulfill our dream bed. Not until when we came across with the Luxury Bed Company, this I can tell was top notch mostly the fact that almost each and every bed they had on their website was super high quality with mind blowing designs and now we could see that WOW factor we were looking for.
Our experience with a company was A+ from the time we were selecting a bed up to the delivery and installation. They are highly professional that they even helped us to select the bed with customization including color selection, and panel extension on each side of our headboard which brought the extra grand effect.
We went with the Zen Bed in Coffee Soft Velvet and I can confidently say this is the one of the most beautiful beds we ever came across and the luxurious finish and look says it all.

I have the Sensatori Bed and the Avery Ottoman. And even my mattress is from them. The mattress is like sleeping on clouds. And now I just received my cinema sofas. SO IN LOVE!!!! Where do I start with you guys 🥹 Back in 2021, we discovered The Luxury Bed Company, and became an ambassador for the brand but that was just the beginning of our friendship. To think, we’ve only met each other face to face once in 4 years is absolutely wild. Well, we thought we’d made some absolutely cracking new friends until we visited them at the showroom… beaten at pool by Joe and then showered with drinks by Callum ALL day… 🤣. It feels like we’ve known you a lifetime, and scrap the whole “friends” thing, you lot are FAMILY!🫶🏻
There’s something truly special about watching people you admire turn their passion into something extraordinary. You guys have poured your hearts, time, and relentless dedication into building the luxury bed company – not just as a business, but as an extension of who you are ❤️

I have been doing business, and continuing a friendship for the last three years with my friends Phil, Callum, and Joe, who run an incredible company; The Luxury Bed Company .
When our relationship first began, these three gentlemen flew from London to Las Vegas to assemble my bedroom set and backdrop wall. The final result was stunning. During their time in my home, they showed nothing but professionalism, combined with extensive knowledge of the product they were assembling.
When it was time for a break, my husband and I introduced them to Cane’s Chicken—a restaurant they had never heard of before. We all sat down, shared a meal, and exchanged great stories about the differences between our countries—like which side of the street is actually the correct one to drive on! It was a fantastic experience getting to know them.
Phil, Callum, and Joe are down-to-earth, trustworthy, and truly great guys.
