If you have already placed your order then please fill out the general enquiry form as soon as possible as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured.

We are able to keep hold of your bed for a 6 month period only. What you need to do is in the note section upon checkout leave your delivery instructions and we can get this all arranged for you. Please note we do need at least 8-12 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date. We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on the specified date however we will do our best to accommodate you!

The assembly service is a free of charge service we provide as a good will gesture to all our customers. The delivery charge does not cover this as its a complimentary service.
All of our items can be cleaned using branded high street cleaners, please follow their instructions and take care.
In the event of a refund you will always be contacted via email to confirm that the action has been processed. From the date of the email received the funds should then appear back into the account or the card used to purchase within 7-10 working days. Please be aware this can vary depending on your card provider.
