Here at The Luxury Bed Company (TLBC USA), we have teamed up with our carefully selected logistics partners to offer our valued customers a White Glove Delivery Service, this service is currently free of charge. We offer delivery to a large part of the USA, however there are some areas / Zip Codes which are excluded. Please check our Zip Code Checker section to see exclusions by clicking here.
As with any logistics company there is always a capacity to which it can be stretched to ensure the operational integrity is not compromised. Therefore, we would like to assure youthat we will be putting in all the available resources to deliver all orders in a timely yet manageable manner. There will be times, where our logistics partners would not be able to deliver goods on the date / time agreed. We apologise in advance for those unforeseen situations and assure you of our undivided attention in resolving any such issues.
Prior to delivery you will receive notification from the delivery team to organise a delivery date via SMS / Email or telephone. Therefore, please ensure we have your correct contact information when placing the order. You will be contacted prior to delivery if requiredto keep you informed of an approximate delivery time. Provided we are able to take the bed to the room of your choice, our experienced team will fully assemble any items that require assembly, removing any packaging ensuring for a hassle-free delivery experience.
Assembly of the bed is a non-chargeable complimentary service, however if you, the customer, choose to refuse this service, you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. The Luxury Bed Company (TLBC USA)cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. You are requested to inspect all items on the day of delivery thoroughly to ensure there are no issues/faults. In the event of an issue, you will be required to note this on the delivery form. All problems need to be reported within 48 hours via the fix it form, as beyond this point The Luxury Bed Company will not be liable for any damages.
Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary re-book accordingly. In order to change/cancel your booked delivery date/time, please note we at least 7 working days notice. If you (the customer) miss your booked delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery, there may be an additional charge of $299 to cover the cost of failed delivery attempt. Footstools, ottoman boxes and mattresses cannot be delivered on their own at the moment due to the logistical constraints. However you can buy additional items with your bed order and we will be happy to deliver them all together as one order.
If you wish to purchase a footstools, ottoman boxes or a mattresses on their own, you must purchase these products alongside a bed. Smaller items such as these are currently not available to buy on their own due to international logistics constraints.
